Helping families build legacies and preserve generational wealth by sharing the best investment on Earth - Hamptons Real Estate.
Representing the finest luxury real estate in the Hamptons, Ed Bruehl has achieved over $500M in sales and is a top-producing agent at Saunders & Associates. With over 18+ years in the industry, Ed's seasoned expertise has made him a respected leader in the Hamptons Real Estate community, where he loves talking about and sharing the best investment on Earth.
An investor-minded agent with his finger on the pulse of deal flows both on and off-market. Ed is a natural choice for savvy investors and serious sellers as he is always looking for creative ways to capitalize on a property's future upside.
For Buyers - he has seen Hampton real estate prove a profitable investment for long-term owners and intelligent speculators for decades. And by setting up the ownership structure as an LLC and running it like a business rental property—instead of merely a second home—the vacation house becomes a savvy investment as part of a growing real estate portfolio.
For Sellers - he offers helpful resources and local connections and enjoys navigating common challenges like the inner workings of town code and local building departments. He is a terrific listener and communicator and enjoys working together and using every marketing tool available to sell your house for top dollar. That said, my opinion on selling Hampton real estate remains the same over decades - Never Sell Hamptons Real Estate - unless you are a professional builder or developer. Otherwise, hold onto the best investment on Earth for growing and preserving generational wealth.
Originally from California, Ed moved to New York City in 1998 with his wife, Mariah, working for Morgan Stanley. They relocated to the East End in 2002 to raise their two daughters in East Hampton, who are both off to terrific Universities: Miami and Tulane. Mariah is an educator and founder of Playful Learning Studio located in East Hampton Village, and she is a wonderful resource for those considering raising children in the Hamptons. While off the clock, Ed enjoys spending time in nature, long beach walks, surfing, skiing, and golf.
Ed is a trusted advisor whose commitment to his clientele has earned him a loyal and repeat following of buyers and sellers and an impressive referral network. He goes the extra mile and delivers the highest level of honesty and integrity in all of his dealings. In addition, his fresh perspective and friendly demeanor make him easy to work with. Having lived and worked in many Hampton hamlets, he loves calling the East End home and sharing reasons why he thinks Hamptons real estate is the best investment on Earth.
